The time to submit a 2010 Unclaimed Property request has expired.

If the check in question was issued in 2004 or prior, you must request these funds from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Unclaimed Property Bureau after June 1, 2010.

Visit www.patreasury.org or call 800-222-2046 to learn more about claiming these funds.

If your check was issued after 2004, you must mail the stale dated check to our office in order to receive a replacement.
