The time to submit a 2009 Unclaimed Property request has expired.

 

If the check in question was issued in 2003 or prior, you must request these funds from the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue Unclaimed Property Bureau after June 1, 2009.

If your check was issued after 2003 and you have the original check, you must send the check to our office in order to receive a replacement.
