HAB Employee Benefits Summary

H.A. Berkheimer, Inc. provides a comprehensive benefits package to all full-time employees. A full-time employee is classified as a regular employee who works 30 or more hours per week. New employees are eligible for benefits on the 1st of the month after 45 days of continuous employment. Current employees have the opportunity to make changes to their benefits annually during our open enrollment period.

Personal Days

1 day after 6 months of service. Personal days are computed by the scheduled weekly hours divided by 5 days.
