I wanted to provide feedback about a visit that my husband and I had at the Berkheimer office in Bridgeport, PA this afternoon. My husband and I visited the office to sort out years of local tax errors that we hade made. We were greeted and helped by a lovely woman named Ede Kay Biddy. Ede was informative, completely knowledgeable, pleasant and patient with us through the entire process. We walked out of the office after settling our debt and the sense of relief and gratitude we felt was all due to the customer service that we received from Miss Ede. Miss Ede kept the office open an additional 45 minutes beyond closing to make sure that we understood the process and the forms we needed to complete. Ede made what could have been a stressful situation into a beneficial learning experience. A big thanks to Miss Ede – she’s a treasure!
