Why did I receive this bill?
ICMESA has enacted this new fee designed to keep ambulance and other EMS services available 24/7 and financially sustainable. The fee is not a county tax. It is a mandatory annual fee established by the county’s Municipal Emergency Services Authority to provide stable funding for emergency medical services across participating municipalities in Indiana County, Pennsylvania.
