Berkheimer will not intentionally collect any personal information, such as a child’s name or email address, from or about children under the age of 16.

However, Berkheimer will collect personal information if a child under 16 has earned income within Pennsylvania that requires filing and payment of applicable taxes and in accordance with Pennsylvania State Law.
